Volunteer Raptor Observers – Adventurers and Scientists for Conservation

The Adventurers and Scientists for Conservation is a non-profit offering its members as volunteers for RRF raptor researchers. One of their missions is to “mobilize an army of citizen- scientists that creates an avenue for the science community to gather inexpensive, reliable, and otherwise unattainable datasets from around the world”. They strive to provide scientific knowledge through partnerships between adventure athletes and scientists.

They currently have several athletes who have expressed interest in collecting information on raptors. In particular, they have expeditions leaving in the coming months for the Continental Divide Trail, the Appalachian Trail, and on the Santiago de Compostela in Europe.

If you are interested in this type of partnership for your research program, please contact Adventurers and Scientists for Conservation directly at Phone : 001-406-579-9702 or Email:
