VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendor spaces are available for $300 at the 2023 Raptor Research Foundation conference. Each 6’ X 30” draped and skirted table includes 2 chairs. Additional tables are available at $40/each. Power outlet access is available at $25, and internet access is available for $25. Vendor tables will be setup in the hotel foyer immediately outside the paper session rooms, for high visibility. The hotel will be responsible for moving the vendor tables.
Setup: Vendor setup is on Wednesday, October 18th from noon to 5 pm.
Breakdown: Vendor areas must be clean and cleared by 3 pm on Saturday, October 21st.
All Vendors will be listed in the conference program, as well as the vendor page of the conference website.
