Raptor Research Foundation meetings are the lifeblood of our organization. Our conferences provide a venue for sharing the results of our research and our passion for the birds we have devoted our careers to. The meetings are the points in time and space when the society's elders connect with the young blood of the organization and have a chance to pass on their wisdom to the generation that will keep us moving forward in our efforts to better understand and protect the magnificent and iconic apex predators of the world’s ecosystems.

Vendors are an integral part of our conferences. While vendors typically are selling high-tech research equipment such as tracking devices, equipment and supplies to mitigate raptor interactions with power grids, optics, books, and arts and crafts, often non-profits with an affinity to the RRF mission will pay for “vendor” space to introduce themselves to conference attendees.
Vendor spaces are available for $300 for commercial participants and $75 for non-profits at the 2026 Raptor Research Foundation conference. Each skirted table is 6’ X 30” draped and includes two chairs. Additional tables are available at $40/each. Vendor tables will be set up in the Lake Ontario and Erie Rooms immediately before the paper session rooms to provide high visibility. The hotel will be responsible for moving the vendor tables.
Setup: Vendor setup is on Tuesday, October 26th from noon to 5 PM.
Breakdown: Vendor areas must be clean and cleared by 3 PM on Friday, October 30th
All vendors will be listed in the conference program, as well as the vendor page of the conference website.
The cost of running conferences has risen dramatically post-COVID, mostly due to hotel catering costs. Donations below the sponsorship levels are welcome for various elements of the conference such as social and networking events, programs, and workshops. Additionally, contributions can be made toward the conference general fund. All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the Conference Program Book if they are made before the program book goes to press.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Early-career Raptor Research (ECCR) Social and Networking Event.
The DEI Committee is committed to making RRF a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse organization, and we are looking for sponsors to help us celebrate diversity at our social/networking event. This committee also sponsors family and caregiver awards to those in need of support so they can attend the conference.
The DEI and the ECRR Committees join forces to host a luncheon together. This event provides a space for the often overlapping DEI and ECRR communities to connect with senior researchers and share experiences, ideas, and stories.
Wings to Fly Program.
This program provides financial support to RRF members traveling from outside Canada and the United States to attend our annual conference. Funds are provided to cover costs of airfare and associated travel costs.
There are many other ways to contribute to the conference. Donations of any amount can be made in support of specific aspects of the conference or simply in general support of the conference during the registration process.
Thank you for your support!
